• Payment Data: Transactions are securely handled by Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card numbers.
• Email Content: When you use an AI feature, the selected email text is temporarily sent to our servers for processing.

3. Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Manage your account and access to the Premium service.
• Generate replies, improve drafts, or summarize discussions via AI.
• Improve the technical quality of the extension.

Important: We never sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your email content for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing (Third Parties)

To function, MailGenius relies on trusted partners:

• Mistral AI: For natural language processing and text generation.
• Stripe: For subscription management and payments.
• Resend: For sending verification codes via email.

5. Security and Retention

Email content sent to the AI is processed ephemerally. We do not store your message content on our servers after the request has been processed. We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to secure all data transfers.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from the extension settings or by contacting us.
